FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING

At Wellwrist, we are delighted to provide complimentary fully insured second-day air shipping for all domestic orders, along with affordable international shipping to destinations worldwide.

SPECIAL ORDER SHIPPING POLICY:

For watches marked as Special Order, we aim to ship these items within 1-2 business days from the date of order. Since these timepieces are specially sourced from our suppliers to fulfill your request, they may take slightly longer to ship compared to our regular in-stock items.

SHIPPING TIMING

All watches available for purchase on our website are in stock and ready for dispatch. For payments that are verified before 4 pm, we typically ship the same business day. We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Our inventory is securely housed at our NYC showroom, allowing us to offer this premium service.

PRE-SHIPMENT PROCEDURE

Each watch is carefully selected from our display and cross-checked with the details provided on our website. We include the box and paperwork that correspond with the timepiece's listing. Afterward, our skilled watchmakers perform a final round of testing using advanced equipment to ensure that the watch meets our stringent standards for cosmetic condition, accuracy, and water resistance (where applicable).

SHIPPING PROCESS

Once your order has passed inspection, it will be securely packaged and shipped via UPS or FedEx. Orders can be shipped to your billing address.

SHIPPING TERMS

All shipments from Wellwrist are fully insured and carefully packed for protection. A signature will be required at the time of delivery or pickup to ensure your item’s safe receipt.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We proudly offer shipping to over 60 countries across the globe. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased item can be legally imported into their destination country. Please note that regulations may restrict the import of items made from exotic materials.

SALES TAX

By law, Wellwrist is required to collect sales tax on the shipping and handling fees associated with taxable orders shipped to addresses in New York State.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Any customs fees, import/export duties, or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, even in cases where the shipment is refused upon delivery. Some countries may also charge additional Collect on Delivery (COD) fees, which are collected by the carrier and do not go to Wellwrist. In certain instances, customs authorities may delay or even refuse delivery; while we cannot control this, we minimize the chances by working with trusted international carriers like UPS and FedEx.
