• Return Period: Returns can be made within 5 days of receiving your order for store credit, as long as the original receipt is included. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, and in the original packaging. Returns not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

• Non-Refundable Items: Please note that all sales are final 5 days after delivery. Custom-made or engraved products, as well as all handbag purchases, are non-refundable and considered final sale.

• International Orders: Wellwrist is not liable for any delays, customs duties, taxes, or other charges that may arise with international shipments. Please be aware that customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for orders outside the United States and Canada.

• Item Condition: Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for a return or exchange. The evaluation of returned items is at the sole discretion of Wellwrist.
